Defendants Dong Truong’s and Muoi Van Truong’s Motion to Compel Plaintiff to Attend Independent Physical Examination is granted. (See Code Civ. Proc. § 2032.250.)

Plaintiff Joseph Walls is ordered to attend his physical examination at the time and location set forth the defendant’s demand for independent examination. The examination shall

occur on a date to be agreed between counsel, but shall be completed in not more than thirty days.

The court imposes monetary sanctions against plaintiff only in the sum of $1,032.00, payable to counsel for defendants within thirty days.

Defendants are ordered to give notice.
