Defendant Lovell Minnick Partners LLC’s demurrer to the first, second, fifth, seventh and eighth causes of action in the First Amended Complaint of plaintiffs Strada Capital Corporation and Bradley Kissler is OVERRULED in its entirety. Defendant shall file and serve an Answer within ten days.
