Defendant, C & C Boats, Inc.’s Motion to Compel Mental Examination is granted. (See Code Civ. Proc. § 2032.320.)

The mental examination will occur on a date and time to be agreed upon between counsel, pursuant to the terms set forth in the notice of motion.

Subject to the availability of Dr. Jeffrey Gold, MD and psychologist Rae Lynn Oser, Ph.D., the examination shall be completed no later than August 31, 2023.

Defendant is ordered to give notice.
