Plaintiff’s motions to quash the subpoena duces tecum issued by Defendant to SleepM Global, Inc. and Jeunesse Global Holdings, LLC filed under ROA 101 and 102, respectively are CONTINUED to June 22, 2023, at 1:30 in this department.

Plaintiff is ORDERED to serve the moving papers and give notice of continued hearing upon the third-party deponent and the deposition officer. CCP § 1985.3(g) and CRC, Rule 3.1346. Plaintiff shall file a proof of service reflecting the same not later than 5 court days before the continued hearing.
