Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Defendant, Jorge Mendez Salgado to Serve Verified Responses without Objections to Plaintiff’s Supplemental Interrogatory as to Plaintiff’s Inspection Demands, Set No. 1, and Imposition of Monetary Sanctions is granted in part. (See Code Civ. Proc. § 2030.290).

 

Defendant Jorge Mendez Salgado is ORDERED to serve verified, non-evasive responses to both all three sets of supplemental interrogatories without objections within thirty days.

 

The court imposes monetary sanctions against Defendant Jorge Mendez Salgado only in the sum of $892.50 per motion, for a total sanctions award of $2,677.50 for the first three motions. All sanctions payable to plaintiff’s counsel within sixty days.

Motion No. 6. Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Defendant Mendez Painting to serve Verified Responses without Objections and All Responsive Documents to Inspection Demand, Set No. 1, and Imposition of Monetary Sanctions is granted in part. (See Code Civ. Proc. 2031.300).

 

Motion No. 7. Plaintiff’s Motion for Order Deeming Plaintiff’s Requests For Admissions, Set No. 1 Admitted Against Defendant Mendez Painting and Imposition of Monetary Sanctions is granted in part. (See Code Civ. Proc. 2033.280)

 

The court deems that any objections in the unverified responses were either waived per statute or by agreement of the parties.

 

Plaintiff’s Requests For Admissions, Set No. 1 are deemed admitted against Defendant Mendez Painting.

 

Defendant Mendez Painting is ordered to serve verified, non-evasive responses to both sets of interrogatories without objections within thirty days.

 

Defendant Mendez Painting ordered to serve verified non-evasive responses to the inspection demands without objections and all responsive documents within thirty days.

 

The court imposes monetary sanctions against Defendant Mendez Painting in the sum of $1,060.00 per motion, for a total sanctions award of $4,240.00 for motions 4 through 7. All sanctions payable to Plaintiff’s counsel within sixty days.
