The Motion is GRANTED as to Request Nos. 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21-22, 27, 29, 30-31, 32-33, and 40. The parties are ORDERED to meet and confer and enter into a stipulated protective order to govern the production of confidential and proprietary information.

The Motion is DENIED as to Request No. 9.

The Motion is DENIED as to seeking a new verification as the Court finds the Verification complies with C.C.P. section 2015.5.

Defendant is ORDERED to serve further responses within the next 30-days.
