Plaintiff Sung Youn Kim’s motion to deem admitted the Requests for Admissions, set one, served on defendant Hyundai Motor America, Inc. is denied as moot. The responses were served prior to the hearing on this motion. See Code of Civil Procedure, § 2033.280(c). The motion is granted as to sanctions. Plaintiff is awarded $1,685 in sanctions, payable jointly and severally, against defendant and defendant’s counsel.
