Plaintiff Hyuksung Lee’s motion to compel defendant Bowhan Kim to provide responses to Form Interrogatories, Set One, Special Interrogatories, Set One, and Requests for Production, Set One, are GRANTED. (Code Civ. Proc., §§ 2030.290, 2030.300.) Defendant Bowhan Kim shall provide full, complete, and verified responses, without objection, to plaintiff’s Form Interrogatories, Set One, and Special Interrogatories, Set One, within 20 days. Defendant Bowham Kim shall also provide full, complete, and verified responses, without objection, to plaintiff’s Requests for Production, Set One, and shall produce all responsive documents in his possession, custody, and control, within 20 days.

Plaintiff Hyuksung Lee’s motion to deem Requests for Admission, Set One, served to defendant Bowhan Kim, as admitted, is GRANTED. (Code Civ. Proc., § 2033.280.) Those matters set forth in plaintiff’s Requests for Admission, Set One, are deemed admitted.

Monetary sanctions are imposed against defendant Bowham Kim in the amount of $2,000.00, or $500.00 per motion.
