Defendants William Wise, Brooke Weitzman, and Elder Law and Disability Rights Center’s motion to quash service of plaintiffs’ First Amended Complaint [FAC] is DENIED. (Code Civ. Proc., § 418.10, subd. (a)(1).) The motion is untimely. (Id.) Further, moving parties are represented, and thus required to accept electronic service, notwithstanding that plaintiffs are self-represented. (See Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 2.251, subd. (c)(3)(B), and Rule 2.253, subd. (b); see also Orange County Local Rule 352.)

Moving defendants’ alternative request to strike the FAC due to lack of signature is also DENIED. It is not under penalty of perjury and was electronically filed; thus, it is deemed signed. (Code Civ. Proc., § 1010.6, subd. (e)(2)(A).)
