Plaintiffs Yaneth Orellana and Victor Arellano’s motion to compel defendant General Motors, LLC to further respond to plaintiffs’ First Set of Requests for Production of Documents is denied as to request 46. The motion is granted as to the remaining RPDs.

Defendant shall serve further, code compliant responses to the discovery within ten days. To the extent defendant contends any responsive document is protected by a privilege, defendant shall provide a privilege log addressed thereto.

Any personal identifying information regarding defendant’s other customers shall be redacted.

Plaintiffs are awarded sanctions against defendant in the amount of $3,210.00.
