The Hearing on Defendant FXI, Inc.’s demurrer and motion to strike is continued to August 24,  2023, at 1:30 p.m.

The parties are ordered to meet and confer telephonically or in person as to each issue raised by the motion to strike, because the supporting declaration was as to the demurrer. (See Code Civ. Procedure, § 435.5.)

The parties are ordered to meet and confer within five days, and defendant shall file a supplemental declaration within seven days.
