Plaintiff, Aida Parvin’s motion to compel Defendant Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC’s to further respond to request for production of documents, set one, is moot in part denied in part and granted in part as follows:

Per the August 11, 2023 joint declaration by counsel for both

parties, following extensive meet and confer attempts, the only remaining requests at issue here are requests 32, 33, 36 and 37. The parties have resolved the remaining issues and thus the motion as to those requests are moot.

The motion is granted as to requests 33 and 37. The motion as to the remaining requests is denied. The requests are overly broad.
