Plaintiff Steven M. Worden’s application for a preliminary injunction is granted. Defendant Ronald D. Worden is prohibited from:

Ø Contacting in any manner, the representatives at Chase Bank

Ø Acting in any manner which transfers any asset of Van Strauhal Estate and Trust

Ø Contacting in any manner the representatives of any existing life insurance companies in which life insurance policies, pension plans or other investments are held for the benefit of either the estate or trust

Ø Taking any action to transfer title to the real property located at 405 Avenida Granada, #202, San Clements, California, 92672

Ø Taking any action to have himself or any agent or representative of Ronald D. Worden from acting as the Trustee of The Van Strauhal Trust Dated May 6, 1996, as amended.

Plaintiff shall submit an undertaking in the amount of $50,000.00 forthwith.
