Motions to Compel Responses to Form Interrogatories; To Compel Production; and to Deem Request for Admissions Admitted

The court is unsure about the current status of the plaintiff. There has been no report regarding any probate case to establish the deceased Plaintiff’s successor and no indication as to what steps are being taken to pursue the case with a successor.

Assuming the matter of the successor has been resolved, the court is inclined to grant the motions on the merits.
