The court is inclined to grant in part and deny in part Defendants/Cross-Complainants Global Experience Specialists, Inc. and Stefan Heuss’ motion to compel Plaintiff David Avila to further respond to special interrogatories 2, 3, 6, 8, 10 and 12 as follows:

The request for supplemental responses is denied as moot. Plaintiff supplemented his responses on October 14, 2022.

The request for sanctions is granted against plaintiff only in the amount of $2,367.50.
