MOTION TO COMPEL FURTHER DISCOVERY RESPONSE

On March 3, 2023, the motion came on for hearing. The Court determined it could not rule on the motion given Bardakjian’s subsequent production of documents and lack of clarity as to which documents were still outstanding. The Court continued the motion to April 14, 2023, pending further meet and confer or an informal discovery conference. The Court also ordered Israyelyan to prepare a summary of documents which remained outstanding, which appears to have been filed April 20, 2023. The Court also ordered the parties to engage in an additional meet and confer or to schedule an informal discovery conference.  No IDC was scheduled.  The matter was continued to April 28, 2023. 

Defendant filed a Response to Supplement Brief on April 26, 2023 at 10:21 p.m.  With the matter scheduled for April 28^th, the Court has not had an opportunity to review the Response.

On the Court’s own motion, the matter is continued to May 4, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. No additional briefing is requested or will be permitted without leave of the Court.

Mikayel Israyelyan’ Motion to Compel Further Discovery Responses came on regularly for hearing on April 28, 2023, with appearances/submissions as noted in the minute order for said hearing, and the court, being fully advised in the premises, did then and there rule as follows:
