MOTION TO TAX COSTS

This Court has been engaged in other matter this week and has been unable to complete its tentative ruling for the Motion to Tax Costs.  As a result, additional time is necessary to hear this matter and issue a Tentative Ruling.   On the Court’s own motion, the matter is continued to the existing hearing date for the Motion for Attorney Fees on February 28, 2025 at 9:00 AM or such other date as stipulated to by the parties provided the date is available for the Court.  Both motions will be heard on that date.

ORDER 

The Motion for Summary Adjudication came on for hearing on February 7, 2025, with appearances/submissions as noted in the minute order for said hearing, and the court, being fully advised in the premises, did then and there rule as follows: 

THE MOTION TO TAX COSTS IS CONTINUED TO FEBRUARY 28, 2025 AT 9:00 AM OR SUCH OTHER DATE STIPULATED TO BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND AVAILABLE TO THE COURT.

DEFENDANT VOLKSWAGEN GROUP TO GIVE NOTICE.
