On
November 7, 2024, Maria De Los Angeles
Meza Santos (Plaintiff) filed her First Amended Complaint against Nibaldo Guiterrez (Defendant), thereby mooting the instant demurrer to the original Complaint. As
such, Defendant’s demurrer is hereby removed from the Court’s calendar.

ORDER
