The court proposes to take judicial notice of the following document from the legislative history of the 2019 amendment to Code of Civil Procedure section 340.1 (Stats. 2019, c. 861 (A.B. 218), § 1:  The 14-page Senate Judiciary Committee Report prepared for a July 2, 2019, hearing of that committee.  (Evid. Code, §§ 452, 455, subd. (b);  People v. Connor (2004) 115 Cal.App.4^th 669, 681, fn. 3.)  Any objections to the court doing so should be raised at the hearing on the pending motion for judgment on the pleadings.
