Having considered the papers, including all supplemental papers, filed in connection with the Motion for Final Approval of $3,250,000.00 Class Action Settlement, the parties should be prepared to address the following issue:

1. What payments did Plaintiffs receive for their individual claims?

If this issue is resolved to the Court’s satisfaction of the Court, the Court will GRANT final approval subject to the following:

Plaintiffs’ enhancement award – to be determined;

$ 1,137,500.00 total for attorney’s fees allocated as follows: $625,625 to Makarem & Associates and $511,875 to Michael H. Kim, P.C.;

$ 42,505.62 for Litigation costs allocated as follows: $33,035.79 to Makarem & Associates and $9,234.35 to Michael H. Kim (postage excluded Lada v. California. State Auto. Assoc. (1993) 19 Cal.App.4^th 761, 775, and Code Civ. Proc. § 1033.5(b)(3)); and

$ 28,000.00 for the Settlement Administrator’s Fees and Costs.

Plaintiffs are ordered to give notice.
