The court GRANTS the Motion for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement.

The court awards the requested disbursements, except for the following, which are less than requested: The court awards attorneys’ fees equal to 1/3 of the Gross Settlement Amount, or $490,000. The court awards an enhancement of $5,000 to each of the two Plaintiffs. The court finds these amounts to be fair and reasonable.

The court will sign the Proposed Order and Judgment with the above modifications as well as some additional non-substantive modifications.

A Final Accounting is set for September 11, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in Department CX101. At least 10 calendar days prior to the hearing, Plaintiffs shall submit a final report from the Settlement Administrator regarding the status of the settlement administration.

The court does not require any physical or remote appearance at the hearing scheduled for 8/26/2022.
