Final Accounting 

 The court has read the Administrator’s August 24, 2022 declaration indicating that the check cashing deadline has not yet expired - it will expire on October 16 2022.  This Final Accounting hearing is accordingly premature. In addition, the court understands that the State Controller’s office typically requires Administrators to hold funds for one year from notification before transmitting them to the Controller. Accordingly, the Final Accounting is continued to November 15, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in Department CX101.

The Administrator shall file a declaration with a status update no later than 5 court days prior to the continued hearing.

All proceedings are stayed pending the Final Accounting.

No appearance is required at the 9/16/22 hearing.
