Final Accounting

The court is in receipt of the Administrator’s August 19, 2022 declaration indicating that the check cashing deadline has not yet expired and that the funds from the uncashed checks will then be sent to the State Controller. The court understands that the State Controller’s office typically requires Administrators to hold the funds for one year from notification before transmitting them. Accordingly, the Final Accounting is continued to November 15, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in Department CX101.

The Administrator shall file a declaration with a status update no later than 5 court days prior to the continued hearing.

There shall be no appearance at the hearing scheduled for 8/26/22.
