The court intends to grant the Motion for Final Approval, but has not received a declaration from plaintiff Damien Rogers to support his requested enhancement of $10,000. It appears from the record that this was an inadvertent omission.

The court continues the Motion for Final Approval and the status conference to August 19, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. in Department CX101. If a declaration or other satisfactory supplemental papers regarding Mr. Rogers’ requested enhancement are received no later than 5 court days prior to the continued hearing, then the hearing and status conference will be taken off calendar.

The court does not require any physical or remote appearance at the hearing scheduled for 8/5/2022.
