Final Accounting

The court is in receipt of the Administrator’s August 8, 2022 declaration indicating that the check cashing deadline has not yet expired and that the funds from the uncashed checks are expected to be sent to the State Controller in September 2023. Accordingly, the Final Accounting is continued to September 27, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in Department CX101.

The Administrator shall file a declaration with a status update no later than 5 court days prior to the continued hearing.

There shall be no appearance at the hearing scheduled for 8/26/22.
