The Motion for Approval of PAGA Settlement is granted.

The court will sign the Proposed Order with some non-substantive modifications. The status conference is vacated.

A Final Accounting is set for January 11, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in Department CX101. At least ten court days prior to the hearing, Plaintiff shall submit a final report including the amounts paid to aggrieved employees, the other amounts distributed under the settlement, and the amounts tendered to the California State Controller’s Office Unclaimed Property Fund.

The court does not require any physical or remote appearance at the hearing scheduled for 7/29/2022.
