The parties have adequately addressed the court’s concerns. The court grants the motion with some non-substantive changes to the proposed Order.

The court requires a clean (not redlined) version of the notice packet (i.e., the revised notice and opt-out form). This clean version of the notice packet will be attached to the order granting preliminary approval. Plaintiff is ordered to submit a clean copy of the notice packet to the court within 5 days. Plaintiff shall email a courtesy copy to the clerk at CX101@occourts.org to alert the court of the filing.

The court continues the status conference to August 19, 2022 at 1:30 PM in Department CX 101. Once the court has received the revised notice packet, the status conference will be vacated.

The court does not require any physical or remote appearance at the hearing scheduled for 7/22/2022.
