Motion for PAGA Approval and Award of Attorney's Fees and Costs 

The Motion for Approval of PAGA Settlement is granted. 

The court will sign the Proposed Order with the above modification as well as some additional non-substantive modifications.

A Final Accounting is set for May 31, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in Department CX103. Plaintiff shall submit a final report regarding distribution of the settlement funds at least 9 court days prior to the hearing.

The court does not require any physical or remote appearance at the hearing scheduled for 10/21/2022
