The Motion for Approval of PAGA Settlement is granted. The court approves an enhancement in the sum $6,500 as requested by moving party. The Status Conference is vacated.

The court will award Plaintiff’s counsel’s actual costs of $8,725.07 rather than the $8,975 indicated in the Proposed Order.

The court will sign the Proposed Order with the above modification as well as some additional non-substantive modifications.

A Final Accounting is set for April 26, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in Department CX101. Plaintiff shall submit a final report regarding distribution of the settlement funds at least 14 calendar days prior to the hearing.

The court does not require any appearance at the hearing scheduled for September 2, 2022.
