Having considered the papers filed in connection with the unopposed Motion for Final Approval of $3,300,000 Class and PAGA Action Settlement, the Court GRANTS the Motion subject to the following: 

$ 7,500.00 for Plaintiff’s enhancement;

$ $1,099,890 for reasonable attorney’s fees;

$ $19,844.86 for litigation costs (postage deducted pursuant to CCP §1033.5(b)(3));  

$ 8,500.00 for the Settlement Administrator’s fees and costs; and

$ 75,000.00 for LWDA’s share (75%) of the total $100,000 PAGA penalties.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice, including to the LWDA and to file a proof of service within 5 days.
