Based on the Administrator’s estimate of August 2023 for disbursement of all unclaimed funds to the State Controller, the court continues the final accounting hearing and the Status Conference to August 30, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in Department CX101. An updated declaration shall be filed by the administrator ten calendar days prior to the conference.

The court does not require any physical or remote appearance at the hearing scheduled for 8/31/2022.
