Defendant Pacific Landscape Group, joined by defendants Brea Canyon Villas Condominium Association and Samantha Alvarez (formerly) Answer Community Association Management, and Jesus Pineda dba Image Plus Landscaping & Maintenance, contest whether the settlement of defendant Alder Landscape Services was in good faith.

No tentative.  The court will hear oral argument and will then take the matter under submission.

The court is aware that during the Mandatory Settlement Conference last Friday a Mediator’s Global Proposal was made and is open until this Friday.  If the mediator’s global proposal is accepted prior to the hearing, the parties shall so advise the court.
