The motion of defendant Santa Ana Unified School District to bifurcate the “course and scope” issue as to Carole Elliott is DENIED without prejudice.

The defendant proposes that bifurcation of this issue occur at trial.  Defendant School District may renew the motion at trial.  At this point, the court is not inclined to grant bifurcation of that sole issue.

The plaintiff shall give notice.
