Having read and reviewed the motion, it appears that the parties entered into a good faith settlement pursuant to the analysis of Tech-Bilt, Inc. v. Woodward-Clyde & Associates (1985) 38 Cal.3d 488.  The court notes that the amount of the settlement is confidential.

The defendant shall prepare the appropriate order and give notice.
