Judge: Glenn R. Salter, Case: 19-1061900, Date: 2022-10-20 Tentative Ruling

The defendant filed a motion for an order pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 1988.  It was continued to this date in order to allow the parties to resolve the issue informally.

The court has been advised that on October 13, 2022, the matter was informally resolved and depositions of the third-party witnesses for the plaintiff are to be held on November 2, 2022.  (See Declaration of Christine Diaz Reynolds, ROA 504.)

Accordingly, and to ensure that the depositions are taken as promised) the motion is CONTINUED on the court’s own motion to December 15, 2022, at 1:30 pm.  If the depositions are taken as promised, the defendant shall promptly advise the court so this motion may be taken off calendar.

The defendant shall give notice.
