The motion of Stacy Rodriguez and Rosabel Guardarrama to be substituted in as successors-in-interest to the deceased plaintiff under Code of Civil Procedure section 337.17 is GRANTED.

Although the court has some procedural concerns about the motion, no opposition has been filed.  The court further notes that the parties have resolved this case.  A notice of settlement was filed August 24, 2022.  Allowing substitution of the plaintiff will let the settlement be completed.

The plaintiffs shall give notice.
