The unopposed motion of attorney Kathleen Moore of Kathleen Moore, P.C., to be relieved as attorney of record for the plaintiff is GRANTED.

The order will become effective on the filing of a proof of service showing service of a copy of the order on the plaintiff.

On the court’s own motion, and for good cause, the Mandatory Settlement Conference scheduled for November 18, 2022, is OFF CALENDAR.  However, the trial date of February 21, 2023, remains on calendar.

The movant shall give notice.
