Defendant’s motions to compel further responses to Form Interrogatories (Set Two) and Requests for Admissions (Set One) are DENIED.

Although the opposition was not timely filed, the defendant was not prejudiced.  She was able to file a reply.

The motion complains that the served responses to both discovery requests were not made in good faith and “directly contradict the available evidence.”  Those are not adequate bases on which to compel further responses.  If the responses are not in good faith, or are contradicted by the evidence, that will come out at trial.

The competing requests for sanctions are DENIED.

The defendant shall give notice.
