The unopposed motion of defendants Reef Imperial Rose, Inc. [Doe 2], and Kennedy Wilson Properties, Inc. [Doe 3], for summary judgment is GRANTED.

The defendants met their burden to show there was no triable issue of material fact.  The plaintiff’s failure to oppose the motion is treated as a concession that the defendants’ motion is meritorious.

The defendants shall prepare the appropriate order and give notice.
