On the court’s own motion, and for good cause, the motion of the plaintiff to compel responses from defendants as to numerous discovery requests is CONTINUED to November 3, 2022, at 1:30 pm.  The court notes that the motion is unopposed.

It appears from the record that the insurer, Fred Loya, and its legal firm, Chavez Legal Group, have abandoned their clients.  Nothing in the court’s file suggests the defendants are aware of this.

The plaintiff shall give notice.
