The motions of the plaintiff to compel defendant Hoang Dung Thi Ho to serve responses to three separate discovery requests and to deem admitted the request for admissions are GRANTED.

The request for sanctions is GRANTED, and defendant Ho shall pay the plaintiff $1,875 within 30 days.

The court notes that trial is scheduled for January 9, 2023, and it does not appear that all parties have been served and/or appeared in the action.  Plaintiff’s counsel shall be prepared to advise the court as to whether the January 9 trial should remain or trial continued.

The plaintiff shall give notice.
