The motion of attorney Jeremy J. Alberts to be relieved as attorney of record for defendants Giro Katsimbrakis and St. Louis Redevelopment Company, LLC, is GRANTED.

Pursuant to the Rules of Court, this order shall become effective only upon the filing of a proof of service of a copy of the signed order on the defendants.

The court is aware that the plaintiff has filed a motion for entry of judgment as to these defendants based on a stipulated settlement.  The motion asserts the defendants did not comply with their obligations and seeks entry of judgment pursuant to the terms of the stipulation.  That motion is scheduled for December 1, 2022.  It does not appear that this request to be relieved should be continued to that date.

The movant shall give notice.
