Discovery Motions

On October 28, 2022, the parties filed a stipulation indicating that defendant’s discovery motions as to plaintiff Richard Wilkie were withdrawn.  (ROA 166.)

The stipulation further provided that defendant’s discovery motions as to plaintiff Karen Wilkie would be continued to another date while defendant reviews the propriety of these responses.

The stipulation did not indicate a continuance date.  Given there is no trial date, the motions as to Karen Wilkie only are CONTINUED to December 22, 2022, at 1:30 pm.

Demurrer and Motion to Strike

The stipulation also provided that a continuance would allow the parties to meet and confer regarding the issues in the pleadings.

Defendant’s demurrer and motion to strike are CONTINUED to December 22, 2022, at 1:30 pm.

Case Management Conference

On the court’s own motion, the Case Management Conference is CONTINUED to December 22, 2022, at 1:30 pm.  Any issue as to the proper venue may be addressed at that time.
