The motion of the plaintiff to compel defendant Courtney Richardson to provide further responses to Form Interrogatory 15.1 is GRANTED.  The motion is DENIED as to Form Interrogatories 16.3, 16.4, 16.5, and 16.6.

The court reviewed the requests for sanctions in light of Liberty Mutual Fire Ins. Co. v. LcL Administrators, Inc. (2008) 163 Cal.App.4th 1093, 1105.  The court concludes, upon reflection, that the interests of justice would not be served by the imposition of sanctions.

The plaintiff shall give notice.
