The motion of defendant’s attorneys, Joon Song, Darlene Hernandez, and Chris Greinke, to be relieved as attorneys of record for defendant Trevor Rice is GRANTED.  The court notes that the motion is unopposed.

The court notes that trial in this matter is scheduled for August 28, 2023.  The parties are advised that the court is not inclined to continue trial simply because defendant’s counsel have been relieved.

The order relieving counsel as defendant’s attorneys of record will not become effective until a proof of service of a copy of the signed order on the defendant is filed with the court.

The movants shall give notice.
