On the court’s own motion, and for good cause, the motion of the plaintiffs for judgment on the pleadings as to the defendant’s Fifteenth Affirmative Defense is CONTINUED to December 1, 2022, at 1:30 pm, to be heard concurrently with the defendant’s motion to compel arbitration.

The Fifteenth Affirmative Defense concerns whether the defendant has acted inconsistently with its claim for arbitration.
