The unopposed motions of the plaintiff to compel defendant to provide responses to (a) Special Interrogatories (Set One) and (b) Requests for Production of Documents (Set One) are GRANTED.

Defendant Lan Le is ORDERED to provide verified answers without objections to Special Interrogatories (Set One) within 30 days.

Defendant Lan Le is FURTHER ORDERED to provide verified answers without objections to Requests for Production of Documents (Set One) within 30 days.

Defendant Lan Le is FURTHER ORDERED to pay monetary discovery sanctions to the plaintiff in the amount of $460 for the motion to compel responses to Special Interrogatories and $1,160 for the motion to compel responses to the Requests for Production of Documents (Set One).  Defendant Lan Le shall pay those sanctions, a grand total of $1,620 for the two motions, within 30 days.

The plaintiff shall give notice.
