The motion of the plaintiff to compel defendant to provide further responses to Request for Production of Documents (Set One) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.

As to Nos. 7, 10, 16-18, 25-30, and 48 the motion is GRANTED.  As to Nos. 86-87, 93, and 95-96 the motion is DENIED without prejudice.  Should further discovery matters come up, the parties may wish to consider using a discovery referee.

The evidentiary objections filed by the plaintiff (ROA 52) are OVERRULED.

The plaintiff shall give notice.
