On this calendar is a demurrer and Case Management Conference continued from October 13, 2022.

In this court’s minute order of October 13, 2022 (ROA 47), the parties were ordered to submit, at least 9 days prior to this hearing, a joint statement as to whether this case should be related to the other cases involving this family dispute and transferred to the department with the earlier case number.  No such statement has been filed.

It appears the plaintiffs may have abandoned this case in favor of the primary action.  The court therefore sets an Order to Show Cause re Dismissal for failure to prosecute on December 8, 2022, at 1:30 pm in this department.

The plaintiff shall give notice.
