Discovery Motions

There are 13 discovery motions on calendar.  These motions were continued to this date to allow the parties to engage in a mediation conference.

The court has been advised that although the mediation was helpful it did not result in resolution of the case.  (See ROA 360.)

At the last hearing, it was proposed that the discovery disputes be sent to a Discovery Referee.  The parties should be prepared to discuss the appointment of a suitable Discovery Referee.

Case Management Conference

The complaint was filed May 24, 2022.  (ROA 2.)  We need to set a trial date.

Counsel should review their trial calendar in advance of the hearing and be prepared to discuss the setting of an appropriate trial date.
